Samsung announces Galaxy S III Mini smartphone at around Rs.26,000

Mobile Phone maker Samsung Electronics Co. officially unveiled its (Jelly Bean) 4-inch Galaxy S III mini smartphone in Germany on Thursday, as per reports.
