Nvidia launches GeForce GTX 770 GPU
Nvidia has announced the launch of GeForce GTX 770 GPU with the Nvidia Kepler architecture, joining company's lineup of gaming GPUs for the high-end market including the GTX TITAN and therecently unveiled GTX 780
.
The GeForce GTX 770 GPU supports Nvidia's gaming technologies, including the PhysX physics engine, Nvidia TXAA anti-aliasing and GeForce Experience software. The GPU also includes Nvidia SLI technology, the multi-GPU solution that scales to deliver even higher levels of performance, with new adaptive temperature controllers designed to operate silently.
"Only Nvidia GPUs consistently provide gamers with the ability to achieve extremely fast frame rates at high-definition resolutions with all of the eye candy turned on," said Scott Herkelman, general manager of the GeForce GPU business at Nvidia. "The GeForce GTX 770 represents a new threshold of performance and features for under $400 and our commitment to PC gaming is why GeForce GPUs continue to be the No. 1 choice of gamers worldwide."

As far as specs are concerned, the GeForce GTX 770 boasts a Kepler GPU with 1,536 cores and either 4GB or 2GB of high-speed 7Gbps GDDR5, the world's fastest memory ever on a graphics card.
The GeForce GTX 770 includes Nvidia GPU Boost 2.0 technology, which automatically increases the GPU's clock speeds for enhanced performance, while adding temperature target and fan controls, as well as extra over-voltage headroom and optimisations for advanced water-cooling solutions.
The Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 GPU is available immediately in graphics cards from the likes of Asus, Zotac and Galaxy with an approximate price of Rs. 29,990

Apple working on large screen iPad Maxi tablet: Report
It looks like Apple is working on a new large screen iPad if a new report is to be believed.
According to a new report by Korean website ETNews.com (via Unwired View), Apple is working on a new larger iPad with a 12.9-inch diagonal screen that would be called iPad Maxi. It goes on to add that this iPad variant would launch in the first half of 2014 and would take on Ultrabooks. It would also target the educational market with digital textbooks. The report cites industry sources to report that Apple is in talks with display and component manufacturers in Korea for supplies.
Samsung Galaxy S4 mini launched with 1.7GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2
Samsung has officially announced its Galaxy S4 mini smartphone, a compact version of Samsung's flagship smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core processor along with 1.5GB of RAM. It packs in 8GB of internal storage of which 5GB is user accessible. The internal storage can be further expanded by up to 64GB with the help of a microSD card.
